We're choosing a half dozen cutting-edge early-stage startups in the Real Estate and Construction sectors to showcase on stage at Blueprint 2025 (September 16-18 at The Venetian, Las Vegas).

In addition to the exposure from presenting at the leading PropTech conference, the selected startups will also receive two free tickets to attend the entire 3-day Blueprint conference.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome all early-stage startups that meet the following criteria to apply to present. At a minimum, we require the following for a startup to be considered:

Company's date of incorporation must be after January 1, 2021

Must have raised less than $5M in cumulative outside capital

Must be commercially available as of application date

Must be a tech solution relevant to real estate or construction industries

Evaluation Criteria

Market Opportunity
How big is the market size and the business opportunity?
Team
Does the team have the right experience, talent, and perspective?
Execution
Is your strategy clear, well-executed and showing traction?
Advantage
Is the solution differentiated from the competition?
Deadline is JULY 31, 2025
