beycome is searching for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to establish and lead our new business development and sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with an outstanding track record in consumer telephone sales operations, and the ability to grow and manage a team. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and bonus opportunity. Reports directly to the CEO.
- Design sales processes and call scripts to maximize conversion rate
- Recruit, coach and develop a telephone sales team
- Help identify and deploy best in class tools to optimize sales agent effectiveness and efficiency
- Build the infrastructure to grow our small sales team (currently three agents) to national scale
- Develop a dashboard of Key Performance Indicators to guide your own activities and to help the rest of the executive team to understand sales performance
- Develop team compensation and incentive systems and target setting
- Provide competitive analysis and help the product team to identify unmet consumer needs and suggestions to improve our platform
- At least 4 years in call center sales management
- Highly motivated self-starter who works well in the fast-paced environment of a technology startup
- Attention to detail and extremely well organized
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing a remote team
- Demonstrated success in a high pressure sales environment
