Position Summary

Our CFO will be part of the executive committee. They will report directly to the beycome CEO and will have full responsibilities for all aspects of finance and administration. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary, as well as bonuses and stock option opportunity.


  • Prepare finance management systems including forecasts, budgeting. consolidation, investment valuation
  • Analyze financial data for the management in business decisions
  • Implement internal audit project
  • Experiences with the treasury department, handling bank account/cash management
  • Guide the strategy for how we plan for the future and collaborate as a leadership team on developing and executing those plans—your best-in-class strategic thinking and ability to bring people together will be a driving force in how we successfully grow our business
  • Partner with the CEO on financing strategy, board communications, pitch deck preparation, fundraising, and corporate development, utilizing your existing relationships and building new ones across the finance community
  • Partner with all members of the management team and other company leadership on short-, medium- and long-term business strategy


  • Degree or above in Accounting/Finance with relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years or above Accounting/Finance experiences is preferred
  • Highly knowledgeable of accounting and tax regulations in Florida and Delaware
  • Perfect command of both spoken and written English 
  • Highly proficient in G Suite and Quickbooks online
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, control mindset and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all level
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
