We will be selecting 20 of the most innovative early-stage startups working in the Real Estate and Construction industries to present on stage at Blueprint 2022 (September 12-14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas).

In addition to the exposure from presenting at the leading PropTech conference, the selected startups will also receive two free tickets to attend the entire 3-day Blueprint conference, and credits from LAB Ventures' Studio partners.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome all early-stage startups (International too!) that meet the following criteria to apply to present. At a minimum, we require the following for a startup to be considered:

Company's date of incorporation must be after January 1, 2018

Must have raised less than $5M in cumulative outside capital

Must be commercially available as of application date

Must be relevant to the real estate or construction industries

Market Opportunity
How big is the market size and the business opportunity?
Team
Does the team have the right experience, talent, and perspective?
Execution
Is your strategy clear, well-executed and showing traction?
Advantage
Is the solution differentiated from the competition?
